The location is amazing, right where we wanted to be in Knoxville. The breakfast was simple but delicious and the front desk staff was great, kind and very responsive at any time (including late night), and helpful too. I had an issue unrelated to the Inn that they were very understanding and I could not have solved without them. Really enjoyed my stayed there.

Nice spacious room with comfortable bed and pillows. All the needed appliances were there and in working order, including a good desk/workspace. We really enjoyed full room service and coming back to the room with empty trash cans and fresh towels. Sound insulation between rooms was good.

The Staff Were Very Helpful And It Was Very Clean And I Had One of the Best Nights Sleep beds Are Comfortable And Clean ,I Would Stay There Again And Will Tell My Family And Friends About It .The Only Thing Was The High Deposit Of $150 but I Understand Why

I like that it quiet the fact that was pretty well clean the floor maybe could use a little better tension got out of the shower just to have black feet from just coming out of the tub and into the room then but other than that it was nice

The hotel is centrally located, so it doesn’t take long to get to any location in Knoxville. There was an ample Number of restaurants nearby. The room was nice and clean and had hardwood floors.
